From the hills of Clark County, Indiana, Starlight Distillery is part of Huber’s Orchard, Winery, and Vineyards—a family-run establishment with roots dating back to 1843. Originally focused on farming, the Huber family expanded into winemaking in 1978 and later ventured into distillation in 2000, starting with brandy production. By 2013, they had broadened their scope to include grain spirits, solidifying their presence in the craft distilling world. Starlight Distillery combines traditional methods with innovative approaches, using copper pot stills and sweet mash fermentation to create spirits that honor time-honored techniques while delivering modern flavor profiles. Their Old Rickhouse, located on the family estate, plays an integral role in aging their spirits, resulting in refined products that showcase depth and complexity. The distillery offers a diverse portfolio of spirits, including vodka, gin, whiskey, and their flagship brandy.
