Oregon Spirit Distillers

740 NE First Street

Bend, OR

Founded in 2009 by Brad Irwin, this Oregon-based distillery stands out for its dedication to the art of distilling and its exploration of whiskey's unique styles and subtleties. Located in central Oregon, the distillery takes inspiration from the region's rich craft culture and natural resources.

From grain to glass, all production happens onsite, using locally and regionally sourced grains combined with pure Cascadian water. The hands-on approach ensures exceptional quality and authenticity in every bottle.

While their award-winning whiskeys are the star of the show—boasting one of the largest whiskey-barrel inventories in Oregon—their expertise extends to other spirits as well. Their dry gin, absinthe, and vodka have earned a loyal following for their craftsmanship and flavor.

To date, the distillery has used over 3 million pounds of locally grown agriculture to produce more than 3,500 barrels of American whiskey. This emphasis on supporting local ingredients is a core part of their ethos.
