The Distillery Story

In the countryside of Pembroke, Kentucky, MB Roland Distillery has been crafting exceptional spirits since 2009. Founded by husband-and-wife duo Paul and Merry Beth Tomaszewski, this “grain to glass” craft distillery takes pride in its local roots and authentic approach. MB Roland sets itself apart by using locally sourced white corn in their spirits and adhering to a pre-Prohibition style of distillation. Each bourbon and whiskey is uncut, unfiltered, and bottled at distillation and barrel proof, ensuring bold, full-bodied flavors that honor Kentucky’s rich whiskey heritage. One of their unique techniques includes dark firing their own corn, which adds a distinctive smokiness to their Dark Fired Bourbon and Dark Fired Whiskey. Their repertoire of spirits offers something for every kind of whiskey lover, from the robust Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey to the playful, naturally flavored Kentucky Pink Lemonade.
